If you have weight loss or fitness performance goals, join us at Orangetheory Fitness in Mason, Ohio for the most effective workout program you'll ever experience. With a workout in which fitness meets science, our challenging workout sessions will leave you feeling revitalized.

Our group sessions are 60 minutes in length and focus on three main areas: treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks, which gives you a great full body workout.

During your Orangetheory session, you will wear a heart rate monitor to track progress and help keep you accountable. During your 60-minute gym session, you will perform multiple intervals which have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or greater of your maximum heart rate or zones 4/5. That results in what we refer to as the Orange Effect, or additional energy, visible toning, and extra calories burned for up to 36 hours following your workout session.

Membership plans at Orangetheory are flexible as there are no contract requirements. With a great variety of membership plans, including pre-paid packages and monthly membership plans to choose from, there is a plan that is sure to fit your needs. If you have any questions one of our helpful staff members will be glad to assist you.

Sarah started her journey with OTF at the Newport, KY studio in September 2015. She immediately fell in love with the workout when she took her first class in Louisville, KY. She then left her position for a different company, but continued as a member.  After 3 short months, she decided to return to OTF and started presales at the Mason location. Her passion for the product and the company helped her receive  a promotion to Studio Manager in December 2016.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for me and a beach body!  I've struggled with my weight ever since college, and this is the first workout I can keep doing every week.  I simply love it!

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Chipotle and Skyline.  I am seriously a sucker for any spicy food.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I honestly don't think I have one.  My favorite part of the workout is the treadmill and rower.  What I love about the weight floor is that I have someone telling me what to do and making sure I'm doing it correctly.  I've never known how to lift weights on my own.  I love seeing my improvements and my increase in weights over the months!
As a recent college graduate from Ohio State University, Ryan decided to pursue his Personal Training certificate.  He then found OTF Mason and decided to give the workout a try.  He really loved the workout, especially the water rowers!

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for my passion for a healthier lifestyle.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
TRX Y- Raise
Kelly started as a fitness professional at Lifetime Fitness. She worked there for 5 years doing personal training and small group training. She then left there and took a job with Clinique. When preparing for her wedding back on April 8, 2017, she started as a member at OTF Mason. She fell in love and decided to return to the fitness field as an OTF Coach.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for my husband. I burn for my future children. I burn for a healthier me.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Homemade chocolate chip cookies! I make a batch of cookie dough, freeze them in individual servings, and pop one in the oven anytime I want a cookie!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I love anything on the Bosu Ball. The Bosu adds core and balance while strengthening your body at the same time.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
