If you have weight loss or fitness performance goals, join us at Orangetheory Fitness in Mason, Ohio for the most effective workout program you'll ever experience. With a workout in which fitness meets science, our challenging workout sessions will leave you feeling revitalized.
Our group sessions are 60 minutes in length and focus on three main areas: treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks, which gives you a great full body workout.
During your Orangetheory session, you will wear a heart rate monitor to track progress and help keep you accountable. During your 60-minute gym session, you will perform multiple intervals which have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or greater of your maximum heart rate or zones 4/5. That results in what we refer to as the Orange Effect, or additional energy, visible toning, and extra calories burned for up to 36 hours following your workout session.
Membership plans at Orangetheory are flexible as there are no contract requirements. With a great variety of membership plans, including pre-paid packages and monthly membership plans to choose from, there is a plan that is sure to fit your needs. Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
