I burn for Progress! I burn for the mental challenge!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My guilty pleasure would be Graeter's Ice Cream or my wife's cooking! :)
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
My favorite exercise is a push up! :)
Chase has had a huge passion for personal fitness since playing lacrosse at Anderson High School. He started taking an interest in helping others in their fitness goals in his last few years at the University of Cincinnati where he graduated with his BS in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA. Chase and Stephanie got married in 2015, just prior to beginning pre-sales for OTF Newport. Since then, it's been nothing but Orange! In addition to operating and coaching at Orangetheory Fitness Mason and Newport, Chase works for Duke Energy as a Project Manager. His true joy, however, is helping others accomplish their goals and he hopes to use OTF as a way to do this. Chase's favorite hobbies (although it has been a while for some) include camping, surfing, and playing guitar.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for a healthy and happy future. It's a lifestyle, and I want to ensure I am able to live out the next 5, 10, 50 years of my life to the fullest. Oh, and I burn for Skyline Chili.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
See above. Skyline, for sure. I could eat Skyline everyday of the week and, in fact, hold a couple of personal records that might be a little embarrassing to admit.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I actually thoroughly enjoy all of the TRX exercises. Prior to OTF, I had only used TRX straps a few times, but it works the stabilizer muscles in a way I didn't normally hit them. By working these muscles, I'm definitely noticing an improvement in my core strength as well as posture and balance.
I am Cuban-American, and I was raised in Miami, Florida. I ran track and went to state track meets for long jump. I always loved fitness! I have been a certified trainer for over 5 years, and I specialize in Functional Movement. I love that OTF is constantly changing the workouts to keep everyone's bodies guessing!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
To look and feel my absolute best all the time! Working out is my stress reliever, I couldn't live without it!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Cookies and Cuban food!! Lots of rice and beans when I'm back home in Miami.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Goblet squats are my favorite it's a perfect combination of lower body strength and a strong core to keep that weight up!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
